2014 Summer Bucket List

So now that Summer has official been kicked off by Memorial Day weekend, I thought I'd share our 2014 Summer Bucket List with you guys. It was really fun to create- we have a huge chalkboard wall in our kitchen that was the perfect space.

I let the twins join in the fun by helping color on the chalkboard. Of course once they went to bed and my OCD kicked in, I re-wrote the list.

So many of these were things I try to do a lot during summer such as grilling, BBQ's, and of course going to the beach but almost everything is more fun with 3 babes in tow! And it's perfect for those convos- "so what do you want to do this weekend?"

2014 Summer Bucket List

1. Beach it- last year we spent a lot of time lounging with family at the beach in Falmouth, Cape Cod and hope we're lucky enough to do so again this year

2. Slip 'n' Slide

3. Outdoor Concerts

4. Make big bubbles- this one has been my husband's idea for a while now

5. Renew our vows- our 5 year anniversary is coming up!

6. Cape Cod fireworks- we celebrate almost every year at our summer house in Falmouth, MA!

7. Take family pictures

8. Lot of walks- we usually do at least one walk a day but I thought it would be fun to up the mileage!

9. Ice cream truck- this guy plays his jingle around our neighborhood everyday and we have yet to wave him down

10. Wash the car- Hudson is obsessed with water & cars so what could be a more fun activity for him?!

11. Plant flowers

12. BBQ's

13. Pool days

14. Ride bikes- my husband & I both have bikes, but we want to find the baby attachment to bring these guys on some bike rides around town

15. Visit the zoo

16. Phillies tailgate

17. Swim like fishies

18. Bake- my kids still love to use the kitchen tower, so it makes baking and cooking with them a cinch!

19. Make Homemade Popsicles

20. Grill- after Hurricane Sandy ruined our grill, we have yet to replace it (Hello Fathers Day gift!)

21. Smores- I don't give my kids much sweets, but I thought it might be fun to let share one of my all time favorite anytime summer snacks

22. Pizza Parties!

23. Finger paint

24. Picnics- we tried this over the past weekend but I plan on doing several more!
